Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery is extremely pleased to announce that Yuko Mizobuchi has been named as the Gallery’s new featured artist and she will now be promoted by the gallery for the next 14 days in the gallery’s Artist Showcase.
Yuko is an award-winning artist based in Tokyo, Japan. Yuko was selected as 1 of the top twelve finalists in the gallery’s 15th Solo Art Series. The placement in this competition qualified her art to be showcased in this feature.
Yuko’s Artist Showcase feature will be promoted to over 350+ major news outlets, with inclusion on Google News & Bing News. In addition, the gallery will also be featuring and promoting her artwork in the gallery’s various social media networks for further exposure.

Artist Biography
Yuko Mizobuchi was born in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, Japan. She graduated from "Osaka designer college." in Osaka. Upon graduation, she became an independent freelance painter.
Her Japanese native experience influences all her works. She is a Tokyo-based artist, working primarily with permanent paint markers, watercolour ink, Japanese Sumi and carving on wood board.
She is expanding their activities around the world including US, UK, France and more.
Artist Statement
My intricate compositions aim to stimulate the viewer, opening up the notion of interpretation. Today where so much information is flooding us, what we hope to feel yourself mind something that is unfathomable by reasons and by brains. I don’t really think there is any need to explain the work. I think that art is about being as it is. Art is not about understanding what it is. Paradoxically, if it can be explained, it doesn’t have to be art. When you think about who art is for, you don’t really need the artist’s name or title.
My Art does not require explanation, it will communicate with the universal and deeply origin consciousness. My artwork will ask for primitive sensitivities of people today. Today, where so much information is flooding our daily lives, perhaps what we need is the imagination to feel and think with new perspectives. I believe that a lack of imagination threatens the peace and creates a world where hatred prevails to the point that we even take the lives of other people. My works provide one means to rediscover and awaken the memory of human DNA that has been dormant since ancient times. Art does not require explanation, it communicates with a universal and collective consciousness.
